DO YOU REQUIRE EVENT INSURANCE?
We require event insurance for any event that be using the grand room, barn or patio. Insurance can be obtained through WedSafe, WedSure or your local insurance company.
DO VENDORS NEED TO CARRY INSURANCE.
Yes! All vendors such as caterers, photographers, planners, DJs, vidographers need to carry liability insurance. This is an industry standard so make sure you ask your vendors before you book them!
DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
Yes, we have our liquor license and will provide the bar service.
CAN YOU CREATE A SMALL, INTIMATE SETTING AT YOUR VENUE?
We are able to separate some of our areas depending on your needs, the barn area can be set up for smaller events or you may use the patio.
WHAT DOES THE VENUE FEE INCLUDE?
The fee included use of our building from 8:00 AM the day of your event until 12:00Â AM. We supply tables and chairs for 150 guests. We have an outdoor patio space along the Erie Canal. You may also use our bridal suite for your special day!
CAN YOU RENT OUT TINSEL?
Yes! If you have having an wedding or evening event you are able to rent the shop for 2 hours. It is $3.00 per guest.You can set up your dessert tables, donut wall or whatever you would like!
DO WE HAVE TO CLEAN AFTER OUR EVENT?
The cleaning fee is built into your fee but all personal and decorative items must be taken out of the venue the night of your event. Please no glitter or confetti cannons!
DO YOU HAVE A CEREMONY SPACE?
Yes we do! You may have your ceremony in our barn space (holds about 180 chairs) or we have a outdoor space. The Forest is located across from our venue set back into the woods. We have pews and timber benches for 200 guests. The fee for The Forest is $400.
