DO YOU REQUIRE EVENT INSURANCE?
We require event insurance for any event that will have alcohol or be using the grand room, barn or patio. Insurance can be obtained through WedSafe, WedSure or your local insurance company.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE CATERING?
No, we are a venue only. You may choose the caterer you prefer as long as they are licensed in Orleans County and carry insurance.
CAN YOU CREATE A SMALL, INTIMATE SETTING AT YOUR VENUE?
We are able to separate some of our areas depending on your needs, the barn area can be set up for smaller events or you may use the patio.
WHAT DOES THE VENUE FEE INCLUDE?
The fee included use of our building from 8:00 AM the day of your event until 1:00 AM. We supply tables and chairs for 150 guests.
CAN YOU RENT OUT TINSEL?
Yes! If you have having an wedding or evening event you are able to rent the shop for 2 hours. You can set up your dessert tables, donut wall or whatever you would like! The $500 fee includes our 21 flavors of ice cream, toppings and one employee to scoop for your guests.
DO WE HAVE TO CLEAN AFTER OUR EVENT?
The cleaning fee is built into your fee but all personal and decorative items must be taken out of the venue the night of your event.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
No, we are a venue only. You may choose a cater that provides a bar service or you can purchase your own alcohol and hire a professional bartending service which has liability insurance.
